In all, about 60,000 people are expected to reach Tirupati by these special trains. In addition to this, another 50,000 are expected by regular trains.

Four Trains from Hyderabad
Four trains are booked from Hyderabad. Mr. Ramu Yadav, Organizing Secretary of the Chiranjeevi Rashtra Yuvatha, arranged one special train from Hyderabad for fans, by spending Rs. 14 lakhs. Secondly, a separate train is arranged for mahila activists and the same is being arranged by a woman leader in Hyderabad. Actor Chiranjeevi personally arranged a train with AC compartments for the family members, friends and relatives. One more train will also be leaving the same day. The estimate put that the railways have approximately collected Rs. 35,000/- per each general bogie, while Rs. 50,000/- for the sleeper coach; and Rs. 1 lakh for AC coach.

Train boarding locations
Some of the railway stations from where the public can board the trains are: Visakhapatnam, Anakapalle, Rajahmundry, Kakinada, Vijayawada, Guntur and Ongole. Special care is taken to provide the passenger amenities on the trains.
Special blocks for women, old and PHs
Frontal organizers of the party like Dr. Mitra, Harirama Jogayya, NV Prasad (former TDP leader) and Purushotam (PRO of Golden temple in Vellore, TN) are personally overseeing the arrangements at Tirupati. The sprawling Avilala Cheruvu at Rajiv Nagar is earmarked into several blocks (one acre as each block). The front blocks are reserved for the women, children and the old; and physically handicapped. Facilities like drinking water and refreshments are provided at each block. A special block is created for the family members and friends of Chiranjeevi at the frontal pace.
Helicopters to rain flowers!
An enthusiastic fan, Ramakotaiah, from Krishna district has booked a helicopter for hovering over the venue and showering flower petals on the public. Similarly, another fan from Prakasam district, Maddisetti Venugopal, also booked the second helicopter. However, in view of certain aviation rules and regulations peculiar to the ambience of Tirupati, permission for these choppers is pending from the district authorities and aviation officials. Interestingly, Chiru is likely to arrive at the venue by a specially arranged helicopter. In all, 70 LCD monitors are going to be installed at several blocks at the public meeting to facilitate the crowds to have clear view of the stage.

Be in your seat in advance
People coming for the public meeting are advised to reach their blocks three to four hours in advance of the meeting commencement (roughly after 4.00 PM). Cultural programs are planned under the supervision of actor Pawan Kalyan.

Heavy police bandobasth
Expecting heavy congregation, nearly 3000 police personnel are being deployed for the mega event. Parking zones are created in about 40 acres of area, district-wise. Hundreds of volunteers of Chiru Rashtra Yuvatha will also be monitoring the event.
